- Keep track of settings, for example – can be explored further
- Consider the origin and evolution of the risograph machine as “basic” or office technology, into an art or design tool (elevated)
- What can riso offer versus other forms of printing: layering, copies, screen printing etc.
- Order of operation, as a potential variable; for example, printing colours the other way around
- Colour separation: consider CMYK process to separate colours and individual layers as relevant to the process and tool
- Overprinting: overlapping of colours
- Find the critical aspect!
- Consider print processes and the separation or flattening of colour channels
- Hack as something which intervenes with process and how it affects the visual outcome
